Decision that a Bank which has obtained a moratorium under Section 277-N of the Indian Companies Act, cannot merely for that reason, be considered to have gone into liquidation or ceased to do Banking business. It cannot, therefore, be excluded from the Schedule of the Reserve Bank Act under the Concluding portion of Section 42(6) of that Act.
