Decision that all messengerial staff, irrespective of whether they are allowed the use of deparmental cycles or Govt. Jeeps-Cars/any other Govt. Conveyance, may draw daily allowance of their grade, if the journey involved an absence of at least one night form their headquarters, but they may not exchange it for mileage allowance - Appendix XXV - rule 203 -RI amended.
