Rly Replied that the present policy of filling the posts of conductor4s form amongst the travelling ticket examiners was adopted after full consideration of all a spects fo the case and is applicabel uniformily on all Rlys and that in addition to the avenue of promotion ointheriown category, Guards have got avenues in that category of seciton controllers and station master.
