Decision that by process of framing Rules under Rule 4(1) of the Civil Service Governors Provinces Delegation Rules, 1926, a Local Government is empowered to fix the annual limit of expenditure from Compassionate Fund in its Province.Amendment of the Audit Resolutions is in hand in order to give effect to the decision.
