Decision that a policy on the subscriber`s own life and assigned to his wife cannot be held to be a policy expressed on the face of it for the benefit of his wife in terms of Rule 21-A of the General Provident Fund Rules; and that the policies effected by Mr. Davis and assigned by him to his wife do not comply with the provisions of Rule 21-A of the General Provident Fund Rules.
