Rule 21-A of General Provident Fund Rules 1929- Decision that a policy ont he subscribers own life assigned to his wife (by an endorsement on the policy) could not be held to be a policy expressed on the face of it to be effected for the benefit of his wife in terms of ----- and as such it could not be accepted under that rule.
