Proposed enhancement of the duty on ganja in the Central Provinces, Berar, Madras, Bombay the United Provinces, Baluchistan, Coorg and Ajmer-Merwara and the introduction of certain other reforms in the hemp drugs arrangements of the two Provinces first named.
