Financial orders of the 10th March 1866, granting travelling allowance at the usual rate to Chaplains in the Lower Provinces of Bengal when visiting outstions more than 3 miles distant from the principal station (the limiting distance under the previous rules having been 5 miles) rendered applicable to other Provinces when hitherto the limiting distance has been 5 miles.
