Insertion of a section in the Civil Leave Code authorising the grant by the Civil Department of subsidiary, privilege and examination leaves to Military Officers in Civil employ, and the Military Officers in Civil employ, and the addition of a note to the heading of Chapter III of the Code, permitting the Local Government to grant furlough in India to such officers under circumstance.
