Decision that an officer, who has received a deputation allowance under Article 101, Civil Service Regulations, while employed on famine and plague duty, may be allowed the option of commuting the allowance for the famine and plague leave concessions sanctioned in the Financial Resolution No. 5217-P., dated 16th October 1900.
