Decision on the question whether an officer employed in a vacation department, who was granted privilege leave on half-pay on the pea of urgent necessity under Article 306(b) of the C.R.Rs., but who has since been transferred to a non-vacation department without having rejoined his former appointment, is entitled to full during such leave.
