Considering it unnecessary to amend Rule 10 of the Rules under Sec. 85 (e) of the Salt act- relating to the storage of Salt in excise factories so as to leave it optional to the factory officers to store departmentally a destroy Salt which licensees fail to store within the prescribed period.
