Decision that the personal allowance drawn by Military Officers in the Police under the orders in the Financial Department, No.999, dated 19th May 1883, forms part of their staff salary, and insertion of a note to this effect the 1st Clause of Rule V of the Military Furlough Rules of 1968 (Appendix C.I. of the C.L.C.).
