Reference from Eastern Railway regarding draft supplementary agreement to be executed by Probationers in T.T.C.D. etc. Orders issued that Appendix XXIV of the Indian Railway Establishment Code Vol. I should be amended as follows.- Add the following as clause 19 in forms 9, 10, 10A, 10B and Annexures Forms 6 and 7 and as Clause 20 in Forms 8 of Appendix XXIV, R.I.:- That the said-------will not be permitted to apply for appointment else where or appear for examination of selection for recruitment to other service. Introduction of a supplementary Bond to each of the Agreement Forms mentioned above. Decision that Surety Signing the Supplementary Bond should be of proved financial ability to meet the obligations undertaken
