Submitting to Govt. letter from the Dy. Comr. Central Division recommending the excavation of the channel in the Vedasamanjeri factory for which an estimate for Rs. 110/- has already been sanctioned and stating that sanction to the revised estimate submitted with Board No. 143 date 14-1-1890.
