Dicision that the word pay in Article 294 C.S.R should be read in its technical reuse as defined in Article 47 C.S.R and order on the following further question from whom should recovery be made of the acting allowance if any paid in excess in consequence of the grant of leave for more than one month to an officer to whom Article 2294 C.S.R applies.
