Ruling that a Civil Surgeon proceeding beyond the limits of his charge as a witness in any judicial proceedings shall continue to draw in addition to the salary of his office the local allowances attached thereto and dispoal of the case of Dr.H.Ross Acting Civil Surgeon of Vellore in accordance with the above ruling.
