Sanction to the inclusion of nine posts of typists in the establishment of the Chief Auditor, Eastern Bangal Railway, as part of the routine staff of his office, and to the distribution of clerical staff of each of the three State Railways, and to the grant of certain amount to be placed at the disposal of each Chief Auditor for the year 1919-20.
