Title to Travelling Allowance for journey from Calcutta to Simla of candidates who, having passed the examination prescribed in Resolution of the Government of India in the Home Department, Nos. 26-953-63, dated 19th July 1883, are appointed as Clerks on the permanent establishment while the Offices of the Government of India are located at Simla.
