Total exemption of the Mint Master Calcutta and of all present and future employees of the Calcutta Mint who are provided with free quarters in the Mint buildings from the payment of rent for water supply and sanitary fittings leviable under the orders contained in the Public Works Dept. letter No.232-B. I., dated the 22nd June 1917.
