Prohibition of retired members of the Indian Civil Service, or Military Officers who have been Civil employ, or other officers who have held appointments which are ordinarily reserved for members of the Indian Civil Service, employd in any appointment to which the approval of a Local Government or Administration has to be given, without the previous sanction of the Government of India.
