Confirmation by the Secretary of State of the grant of Nehal Chand Chopra, late Head Munshi in the Office of the Superintendent of Port Blair of a pension of Rs. 33 a month under the old rules in lieu of one of Rs. 25 a month admissible under the existing rules. Sanction of the Secretary of State is required to the grant of a pension, above Rs. 10 a month, under the old rules.
