Post Master General - Submits copy of a letter from the Deputy Post Master at Monghyr with its Enclosures reporting the occurrence of a Theft occasioned by the neglact of the Dawk Monshee at that Station - Suggests his removal & requests to Know whther the Post Master is responsible fro the Amount last, & if Governmnet will sanction the additonal 4 # to the Monshees Successor.
