Refusal by the Government of India to modify the orders conveyed in the letter from this Department, No.3981, dated 4th November 1881, under which no officer who is actually subscribing to the Bengal Uncovenanted Service Family Pension Fund can be admitted as a subscriber to the Bombay Fund and vice versa.
