Grant of Gratuity of Rs. 600 to the family of Mr. Dalparai, late Subordiante Judge of Jacobabad who was murdered by one of his peons. Sanction of the Secretary of State not required to the grant of a gratuity in this and future similar cases when the amount of such gratuity is of less value than a pension of Rs. 10 a month.
