Proposals from the director of R.C.A.O., Delhi, to reduce checks on invoices, P.W bills, and so on. The decision was made that only a percentage of the Invoices, P.W Bills, etc. connected to Foreign Traffic could be reviewed, as shown below:- Invoices- A 10% rate check and calculation on invoices with freight values less than Rs. 30/- will be performed. P.W Bills- A 20% check is required, unless the bill is worth more than Rs. 30/-, in which case a 100% check is required. A 20% check will be performed
