Decision that the deductions made on account of the Civil Funds from the pay of Members of the Madras and Bombay Civil Services, who are Ordinary Members of the Supreme and Provincial Couincils, should be leived on the revised rates of pay sanctioned for those officers by the Secretary of State in Despatch No.46, dated 12th February 1880. Refund to Sir Philip Hutchins and Sir Charles Pritchard of the amounts erroneously recovered from their pay on account of their suscription of the Civil Funds.
