Rejection by the Secretary of States of memorial from the Honourable Mr. Justice Rampini, of the Calcutta High Court, praying that the additional pension of Pounds200 a year, which a Member of the Indian Civil Service can earn after 14&1/2 years` actual service as a Puisne Judge, should be graduated, and that Civilian Judges should be allowed to earn proportionate amounts of it after graduated periods of service.
