Protest by the Great Indan Peninsula Railway Administrations against by the claim of the Irrigation Deptt. for supervision charges at 24 per cent in respect of the works carried out by that Deptt. for the Railway when the letter charges supervision at the rate of 12 per cent in connection with the works executed by them.
