From - Represent the necessity for adopting measures for preventing persons suffering from small Pox being taken on board the Pand O. Companys Steamers whether at out Ports or at Calcutta and recommend the appointment of a properly consitituted officer of Health for the summary removal of such cases & for protecting the crews of the Peninsular Companys Vessels against the danger of small Pox by Vaccination.
