Decision that inter alia that the Provident fund transactions pertaining to officers of the Provincial and subordinate services who have been transferred from Madras to the Province of Orissa on the formation of that Province and who have not before the 1st April 1937 chosen definitely to serve in Orissa should be adjusted in the books of the Madras Government.
