Question that in the case of services some members of which are entitled to overseas pay and others not ---------in the case of those who do not draw overseas pay may be calculated on the basis of fictitious addition of overseas pay -------. OR alternatively overseas pay should be excluded from the basis for calculating all compensatory allowances -------- dropped.
