Leave preparatory to retirement---- Question whether a competent authority can refuse the grant of---witout allowing the refused leave to be enjoyed after superannuation subject to the provisions of F.R. 86 if the officer concerned has enjoyed in the last 3 or 4 years preceding his date of compulsory retirement more than the normal amout of leave.
