Decision that under clause (iv) of Rule 21 of the C.S. Fund Rules amounts necessary to pay premium on an insurance policy for periods of more than a year may be withdrawn but not under clause (III) of that Rule Practical objections against allowing substentution of premium covering a period of more than a year.
