G. P. Fund--- Case of Mr. G. T. S. Milne who mortgaged his insurance policy financial from the---to Messrs. Grindlay & Co., as a set off against a loan and died in service. Consideration of the rights of Messrs. Grindlay and Co. and the widow and payment to the latter of the amount diverted from the Fund by Mr. Milne the balance being paid to the firm.
