Decision (i) that special pay for unhealthness of locality attached to a post held by a Govt. Servant in an officiating capacity should be treated as emoluments for pension purposes (II) that special pay attached to a temporary post the pay of the incumbients of which is regulated under Art.76-B., C.S.R., comtts. as emoluments for pensions.
