Supplementary Rule 3. Decision that a Govt. servant recruited through a competitive examination who had to undergo medical examination in accordance with the regulations prescribed for appointment to service under Govt. is exempt from the production of a medical certificate of fitness in the form prescribed in--at the time of his first appointment. Amendment to S.R.4A to that effect.
