Inclusion in Schedule A to Article 475-A., Civil Service Regulations, of the post of Financial Adviser, Posts and Telegraphs. Decision that the inclusion of a post in either of the Schedules to Articles 475-A, if unqualified by any date from which the inclusion made secures the full benefit to all holders of the post irrespective of date who retire after such inclusions.
