General Provident Fund Rules.- Rule 5(i) of the -- Interpretation of -- Decision that it is permissible, on the principle on which the General Provident Fund was constituted, to allow a subscriber who had discontinued subscriptions to the Fund under the Rule to pay up all arrear subscriptions for the period or periods of discontinuance and treat him as if he had not discontinued subscriptions at all.
