Pension Payment Order. Decision that in view of the provisions of Section 12 of the Pensions Act, 1871, mortgage by a pensioner of the ----- to his creditor does not deprive him of the right to draw his pension and as such there is no legal objection to the issue by the Accountant General, concerned, of copies of the Pension Payment Order, if it is so mortgaged, to enable the pensioner to draw his pension.
