Enquiry made by the Govt., of the Punjab whether on the receipt of intimation from the India office that the Solicitor Instructed is unable to act orders for execution of a condemned prisoner should issue immediatelyl irrespective of the fact whether the date originally fixed for lodging the application in the Privy Council has passed or not.
