Continuance to officers stationed in the Mogaung Sub-division of the local allowances sanctioned in Secretary of States Despatch No. 188, dated the 7th November 1895, until the railway is opened to Mogaung, and grant of the same allowances, until the 31st December 1897, to officers stationed at certain posts in the Jade Mines country.
