Enforcement of Rule XIII of the new Exchange Compensation Rules, so far as it provides for the withdrawal of the allowance, in cases of Officers who were appointed in India and whose salary is less than Rs.100 a month, and in cases in which there is reasonable doubt whether the officer will be eligible under the new rules.
