Relese of, and refund of a fine paid on, two watchs imported by Messrs. P.Orr and Sons, Madras, the cases of which were made fo British soverigns, while the works were made in Switzeland, and the imposition of a trifling penalty on the Company with reference to the leather cases in which the watches were enclosed.
