Non-admission of the claim of Messrs. Ralli Brothers of Bombay, for a refund of import duty paid by them on certain cases of kerosine oil which were lost in the Harbour at Bombay. Decision that in future no refund should be granted on lost goods, on which duty has been paid, when they have passed out of Customs custody.
