Refund of excess court-fees paid in two Civil suits instituted in the Courts of the Township Officer, Kawin and Pinlebu in the Katha District. Government of Burma informed of the practice obtaining in Madras and the Punjab regarding the refund of court-fees improperly levied, and requested to adopt a similar procedure in Burma.
