Continuance of the use of the cold steel die without colour in British Burma for the defacement of the special impressed stamps by the officers empowered to afix those labels under the rules issued under the Indian Stamp Act, 1879 and proposed experiment of a new hand perforating machine at Moulmein for defacing such labels.
