Modification of the provisions relating to the redirection of parcels in the Parcel Post Agreement concluded in 1885 between and the United Kingdom, and in all other direct parcel arrangments of the Indian Post Office in which the provisions on the subject differ from those in the Union Parcel Post Convention.
