Amendment of the rules for the custody, supply and sale of all kinds of stamps and stamped papers so as to assign to the Chief Controlling Revenue authority in the several provinces the power to decide what amount of stamps shall be kept in a branch depot and to alter the period of 2 months and 4 months referred to in rule 31 of those rules.
