Representation from the Indore Durbar praying for a reduction in the rate of pass duty on Malwa opium to be exported to non-China markets and asking that the provincial markets in India may be re-opened for the export of Malwa opium or that failing this the visiting stocks may be purchased by the Govt. of India at a uniform rate.
